  1. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has issued an air quality alert for Southeast Minnesota, including Rochester, due to elevated ozone levels. Smoke from Canadian wildfires is expected to move south, causing light smoke in Southeast Minnesota in the evening.
