Update:Where Is This in Roseville?

Something new has come on the scene in Roseville. 
But with a plethora of new construction in town, what is pictured in the photo above and where is it?

Here's a clue: 

There's something new in town,
If you can't figure where, just don't frown,
Just remember you'll experience a thrill, 
When you get with the drill. 

So what is it and where?

Bob Wilmus guessed this correctly: It is the fire pole at the new Roseville Fire Station. City officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours on Saturday of the new $9.2 million facility.
