July 4th Celebration, Fireworks To Light Up Downtown Stillwater

Stillwater is set to throw its annual Independence Day celebration Monday, with live music and fireworks headlining the event schedule.

STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater residents looking for some July 4 fireworks and festivities can head downtown Monday to celebrate the holiday with their neighbors.

Stillwater is set to throw its annual Independence Day celebration Monday, with live music and fireworks headlining the event schedule.

Civil War cannons will be on display from 3-10 p.m. Monday in Lowell Park, where several bands will perform that evening. Nick Anderson & The Skinny are scheduled to kickstart the celebration at 5:30 p.m. at the Amphitheater Stage in the park, with Bootleg to perform at 8 p.m.

The St. Croix Jazz Orchestra is set to take the stage at the Pioneer Park Bandshell from 7-9 p.m. Monday, according to the city’s schedule.
