Syrian Cooking Class

Vegan and vegetarian cuisine

We invite you to join our COOKING CLASSES to learn how to prepare the most famous meals from different cuisines.
These classes will be organized IN PERSON and will be presented by our professional chefs. The classes will be two hours, and will take place at STL Foodworks. 408 N Sarah St, St. Louis, MO 63108.
Please email [email protected], if you are interested on a private cooking classes . The minimum number of participants required for all cooking classes is 12.
All the ingredients will be provided by the chef.

On Sunday, July 16th, 1pm – 3pm, you will learn with our Syrian Chef “ARWA SUKAREIH” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have watched their teacher cook.
In this class, Chef Arwa will show you how to prepare two different vegetarian meals:
SYRIAN MUJADARA: Is a Middle Eastern lentils and rice, topped with caramelized onions.

MALFUF SALAD: is a delicious and healthy salad made with shredded cabbage, herbs and dressed in a lemon and olive oil.
