Manchester Woman Accused Of Killing Pedestrian Indicted By Grand Jury

MANCHESTER, NH — Kimberly Hill, 33, of Manchester, has been indicted by a Hillsborough County Grand Jury accused of several felony charges in connection to the death of a 70-year-old pedestrian.

In April, police accused her of driving under the influence of alcohol and striking Paul Hilliker, 70, of Manchester, a pedestrian, with her car. He was pronounced dead as a result of the crash.

She was indicted on negligent homicide-DUI. The indictment stated Hill was operating under the influence of liquor while operating a propelled vehicle and caused the death of Hilliker. She was also indicted on negligent homicide and manslaughter-reckless. Additional indictments from the grand jury include aggravated driving while intoxicated, which states Hill drove a vehicle upon Kelley Street while having an alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater.

According to the court paperwork, she was also cited for violations, including speeding and failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.

Hill was released after the accident on $5,000 cash bail and will now face arraignment on the new indictments handed down.

At this time, there is no date scheduled for the arraignment.
