Vermont Women Indicted On Concord, Pittsfield Meth Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Belmont, Concord, Manchester women indicted on fentanyl charges; Newbury man accused of stealing shingles off a highway; Walmart robbery.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jake A. Seidel, 34, of Birchfield Road in Newbury on theft by unauthorized taking and theft of lost or mislaid property charges, both felonies. He was accused of loading shingles on the side of the road on Interstate 89 in Warner into a truck and trailer and taking them on April 6.

Krystal A. Sharp, 39, of Elm Street in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, on robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Concord on March 13 and using physical force during the process.

Raymond P. Stefanelli, 53, of Binton Street in Manchester on possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-N, N-dimethylpentylone, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Aug. 21, 2022, in Hooksett. He was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Salem District Court in February 2017.

Christine Thompson, 46, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on possession of meth while committed on release and possession of fentanyl while committed on release charges, both felonies, on Dec. 16, 2023, in Concord.

Mariela L. Trinidad Becerril, 35, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on March 24 in Hooksett.

Emily K. Tullercash, 44, of State Street in Windsor, VT, on possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of meth charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing about 28 grams of meth, digital scales, and baggies on April 18 in Pittsfield.

Katrina M. Warren, 35, of Notre Dame in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving in Hooksett on April 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Anni Wells, 43, of Route 14 in Irasburg, VT, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 12 in Concord.

Amanda White, 45, of Laconia Road in Belmont on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 19 in Northfield.
