Nashua Man Indicted On Rape, Fondling Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Edward Paquin, 58, of Rena Avenue in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges on Jan. 26 and Jan. 29 in Hudson.

Nicholas Palmer, 39, of Blackstone Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 19, 2023, in Hudson.

Joseph Paulauskas, 24, of Amble Road in Nashua on six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a woman on March 9 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Arrested On Rape, Simple Assault-Domestic Violence Charges

Valerie Saint John, 38, of Old Derry Road in Hudson on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Derry Road in Hudson on Nov. 6, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shanaya Scott, 38, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on March 24 in Nashua.

Richard Stringer, 55, with a last known address of Camp Sargent Road in Merrimack on a felony possession of infernal machine charge. Hayden Wilburn, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 21, 2023.
