Mass. Resident Arrested On Criminal Threat Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Guenter S. Roy Jr., 45, of Manchester Street in Manchester was arrested on a warrant at 10:34 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2024, as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Range Road in North Broadway Street.

Veronica A. Severino, 32, of Goldsmith Court in Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested after a shoplifting incident at Walmart on North Broadway Street and released on personal recognizance.

Kathleen Jane Petkiewich, 54, of Laraway Court in Derry received a summons at 12:05 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a dog; menace, nuisance, vicious violation. Police were sent to Tilton Terrace for a report of two dogs, who did not belong on his property, killing his dog.

Angel Luiz Rodriguez, 23, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street. Rodriguez was released on personal recognizance.

Charles R. Desrochers, 38, of South Shore Road in Salem received a summons at 9:19 p.m. on Aug. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation on North Broadway Street.

Amanda C. Reilly, 36, of Randall Street in Manchester was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on Aug. 13 on a bench warrant, a warrant from an outside agency, and three felony drug possession charges after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. She was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Wilmarie Ramirez, 21, of Second Street in Andover, MA, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on Aug. 13 on false public alarm and three criminal threatening charges. Ramirez was arrested on warrants a Salem police headquarters.

Devin Shawn Duncan, 27, of Lawrence Road in Salem was arrested at 5:54 a.m. on Aug. 13 on bail jump and a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant, $500 cash bail, at police headquarters.
