Milton Man Indicted On Portsmouth Fentanyl Intent, Possession Charges: Court Roundup

Also: Seabrook woman, out on bail, accused of stealing booze; Maine woman, with priors, accused of forgery, theft; Salem drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Meghan Siobhan Eaton, 43, of Bigs Lane in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Seabrook while on bail on March 6.

Paul Joseph Fidler, 59, of Wellington Avenue in Somerville, Massachusetts, on a felony count of operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Windham on Jan. 16 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Johanna Theresa Gaglis, 42, of Presidential Drive in Haverhill, MA, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 11 in Salem.

Alexander Matthew Garrett, 30, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, on a felony count of operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on March 17 after being deemed to be a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nicholas Richard Gentile, 37, of Chippy Lane in Methuen, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 20 in Windham.

Gianfranco Gonzalez, 24, of Washington Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on false report to law enforcement, driving after revocation or suspension, and four felony receiving stolen property charges. He retained a stolen GMC Sierra, a driver’s license owned by another person, and credit cards owned by a second person from Kingston on April 9 after twice before being convicted on theft charges, according to the indictments. Gonzalez was also accused of having a revoked license in Massachusetts and giving a fake name to a Kingston police officer.

Luke A. Grosskreutz, 39, of Silver Hill Road in Auburn on felony habitual offender, felony possession of methamphetamine, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was accused of driving on the Londonderry Turnpike in Auburn on Feb. 5 with the drug, a suspended license, and after being deemed a habitual offender due to convictions in May 2017 and May 2019.

Bruce Allen Pickering Jr., 43, of Adrien Circle in Rochester on felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking, willful concealment, and criminal trespass charges. He was accused of concealing merchandise in a backpack on Feb. 17 at Walmart in Seabrook. Twice before, Pickering has been convicted on theft charges. He was trespassed from the store in September 2023.

Jennifer Poirier, 39, of Fruit Street in Bangor, Maine, on identity fraud, forgery, and two theft by deception charges, all felonies, and prohibitions-driver’s license violation. She posed as another to obtain money, $2,000, in Portsmouth at Northeast Credit Union on Feb. 12, forged a check, obtained $3,500 from a Bank of America account owned by two other women, and possessed someone else’s ID card, according to the indictments.

Amanda Lauren Powers, 38, of Ocean Avenue in Revere, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of cocaine and fentanyl mix charges, both felonies, in Salem on Dec. 5, 2023.

Michelle Pratts, 36, of Belcher Road in Largo, Florida, on a felony theft by deception charge. She sent a check number to purchase an item for $1,800, then requested a refund and canceled the purchase, then after $1,500 was sent to her via PayPal, she canceled the check, between Oct. 2 and Oct. 29, 2023, according to the indictment.

Nathaniel William Pridham, 33, of Pineland Park Road in Milton on possession of fentanyl with intent and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Portsmouth on July 5, 2023.

David W. Putney, 35, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth on possession of buprenorphine and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, in Epping on Dec. 22, 2023.
