Stewartson Man Indicted On Salem Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

S. Hampton man indicted on rape, cruelty to animal charges; Lawrence man indicted on Londonderry forgery charge; man indicted for burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Timothy David Hudon, 44, of Little River Road in Berwick, Maine, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on Drinkwater Road in Hampton Falls to commit theft on May 26, 2019.

Zachary J. Jameson, 31, of Joanne Court in Exeter on felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Page Road in Kingston on April 29 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Codie Joseph Johnson, 31, of School Road in Guilford, Vermont, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of buprenorphine, possession of psilocin, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 3, 2023, in Northwood.

Karim Jordan, 44, of Hanover Street on Manchester on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge as well as motor vehicle not equipped with interlock device and driving after revocation or suspension. He was accused of driving on Crystal Avenue in Derry on Jan. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Austin Laliberty, 27, of Sullivan Drive in Stewartson on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a child under 13 between Jan. 1, 2019, and Nov. 22, 2021, in Salem.

Silvio J. Lopez, 36, of Butler Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three theft by unauthorized taking charges. He failed to scan merchandise and scanned lower-priced items at Walmart in Salem on Nov. 10, Nov. 20, and Nov. 22, 2023, according to the indictments.

Kervin Steven Maitre, 20, of Cushing Street in Salem on second-degree assault-strangulation, theft by unauthorized taking, and robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an employee and using force to steal vape cartridges and cash from Heavenz Vape in Salem on Feb. 26.

Walter A. Margerison, 40, of Main Avenue in South Hampton on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence and two cruelty to animals charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman on Nov. 26, 2023, in South Hampton and beating a Boston Terrier on Sept. 18 and Sept. 21, 2023, in South Hampton.

Efren Ramirez, 43, of Revere Beach Boulevard in Revere, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise, possession of cocaine, falsifying physical evidence, receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Yerson Rodriguez and Esteban Gomez-Bedoya to steal sunglasses from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem and concealed the cocaine under his feet during booking on March 2, according to the indictments.

Michael Pacheco Realejo, 36, of Birch Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 18 in Hampton Falls.

Andres J. Resto, 21, of Winter Street in Lawrence, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check owned by Millyard Cabinetry on St. Mary’s Bank for $2,877 on Sept. 14, 2023, in Londonderry.
