Asbury Park Makes List Of Best Day Trip Towns In NJ

ASBURY PARK—New Jersey Family magazine recently released its list of the 18 best towns in the Garden State for a day trip, and Asbury Park made the cut. Things like uniqueness and different things to offer were all considered when making the list.

According to NJ Family, Asbury Park makes a great place to visit, “even when it's not beach season.” Places like the Silverball Pinball Museum and its boardwalk splash park were listed as great places for the kids to have a good time. The iconic Stone Pony was also mentioned as a must-see place once the pandemic ends.

Food-wise is another way that Asbury Park, as NJ Family, pointed out that you can get anything from vegan soft-serve ice cream at Betty’s Icebox to wood-fire cooked pizzas at Talula’s.

Also lauded by NJ Family was Asbury’s nightlife. Places like Asbury Park Distilling Co. and Moonstruck were mentioned due to their unique offerings and locations.
