Child/Teen Auditions For 'Polar Express' In Deal

DEAL, NJ — Come onboard the Polar Express!

Axelrod Contemporary Ballet Theater in Deal is now casting student auditions for their original dance production of "The Polar Express," which they will perform this December.

They are casting student lead roles for ages 7-18 and looking for young dancers, singers and actors. To register your child or teen to audition, contact AXCBT director Gabriel Chajnik: [email protected]

Performances will be held at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal Park from December 1-10.

Says Axelrod:

"On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Pole on the Polar Express. Through dazzling dance scenes and heartwarming holiday songs, he learns about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas. With hot chocolate in hand and snowy landscapes whizzing past the windows, he embarks on a fantastical journey, meeting incredible characters that will make you dance in your seat."
