Meet The Asbury Park Mayor, City Council Candidates In Oct. 10 Forum

The forum will be in person at 7 p.m. Monday at Blackbird Community Commons. Submit questions for the candidates, or ask them in person:

ASBURY PARK, NJ — There is an election for Asbury Park mayor and City Council this year, and next Monday, Oct. 10 the Asbury Park Complete Streets Coalition will host a live forum with the candidates.

The in-person forum will be at 7 p.m. at Blackbird Community Commons, located at 131 Atkins Avenue.

The forum venue has a capacity of 100 people. Attendees will be able to submit questions in advance by emailing [email protected] or in person at the event.

The event will be moderated by the League of Women Voters as well as Asbury Park reporter for The Coaster, Carol Gorga Williams, and Pastor Semaj Vanzant of Second Baptist Church in Asbury Park.
