ASBURY PARK, NJ – The Sea.Hear.Now festival is returning to the boardwalk in Asbury Park this weekend after missing last year due to COVID-19. The festival is being headlined by Pearl Jam, The Avett Brothers, and The Smashing Pumpkins and will be bringing thousands of people into the city this weekend.

In advance of the festival, city officials have made multiple road closures and parking restrictions to help with traffic. In addition, the fisherman’s parking lot on Ocean Avenue has been closed since Sept. 11 and will be closed until Sept. 23 for festival setup and breakdown.

The festival is sold out, but late-night shows are happening Friday and Saturday nights at Asbury Park staples The Wonder Bar and The Stone Pony.
