2 Somerset County ZIP Codes Home to Priciest Houses in America
Forbes Magazine annual report lists 24 New Jersey locations in top 500.
New Jersey is home to many beautiful homes and expensive towns, and now Forbes Magazine is listing exactly where the priciest ZIP codes are in the nation.
In its annual top 500 list, two Somerset County areas were named as having some of the highest average listing prices in the country.
They include Far Hills, which came in at 212, with an average listing price of $1,519,237, followed by Bernardsville at 303 with an average listing price of $1,279,054.

Two New Jersey towns cracked the top 100, with Alpine at number 12 and New Vernon at number 76.
A total of 24 New Jersey towns made the top 500.

Atherton, California topped the list of 500, with an average price of $10,564,038, besting the number two town by more than $3 million. Number two went to Sagaponack, New York, with a home listing price of $7,416,538.
