BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Zoning Board turned down an application to build a four-story apartment building on Hoover Avenue during their meeting last week.

The board voted to deny an application from 251 Hoover, LLC, which was seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval, bulk variances, a use variance and any such other relief as may be required from the zoning ordinance to construct a new, four-story multi-family apartment building in a residential two-family R-2B zone at 251, 253 and 257 Hoover Avenue.

Watch a video of the Dec. 8 meeting below. The next meeting of the zoning board is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15; see the agenda here.
