Raising Cane's Coming To The Jersey Shore

BRICK, NJ — A popular chicken chain is headed to the Jersey Shore, according to public information posted on a shopping mall website.

Raising Cain's Chicken Fingers is listed as a new tenant at Brick Plaza, according to the tenant directory on the Federal Realty website of the shopping center.

It is slated to fill the former Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant, a 6,897-square-foot site on the back of the property right off Cedar Bridge Avenue, according to the Federal Realty website.

Emails to Raising Cane's public relations officials sent Tuesday and Friday were not answered. A spokesperson for Metrovation, which manages properties for Federal Realty, said in an email Tuesday she could not comment on the matter.

Raising Cane's, based in Louisiana, began opening locations in New Jersey in 2023 in Burlington County, including Burlington, Cherry Hill and Marlton.

The chain's specialties include chicken fingers (with signature Cane's sauce), chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast and sweet tea.
