Motorcyclist Ejected, Killed In I-287 Crash In Somerset County
The crash on Thursday night claimed the life of a man from Whitehouse Station.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A Whitehouse Station man was killed on Thursday night after he was ejected from his motorcycle following a crash on Interstate 287 in Bridgewater, said New Jersey State Police(NJSP) Sgt. Charles Marchan.
At 7:36 p.m., NJSP Troopers went to a crash on Interstate 287 North at milepost 16.6 in Bridgewater.
Based on a preliminary investigation, a Mazda passenger car was driving north on I-287. A Yamaha motorcycle being operated by Mazen Alnaser, a 28-year-old man from Whitehouse Station, was traveling north on I-287 behind the Mazda.

In the area of milepost 16.6, the motorcycle exited the roadway to the left and hit the guardrail, was ejected, and hit a guardrail support post. The motorcycle continued north and hit the rear of the Mazda, said Marchan.
As a result of the crash, Alnaser sustained fatal injuries. The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available.
