WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Would you like to see Billy Joel for free? Well, you might get to see the next best thing this summer, as a Billy Joel tribute band is amid the lineup of free concerts at the gazebo in West Caldwell.
Several food trucks will offer delectable eats during each concert, usually including a dessert truck.
Food will be available starting at 6:30, and concerts start at 7:30, weather permitting.
