Caldwells Obituary: Frank Lisante, Owner of KF Contracting and Boulevard Pub

The lifelong Caldwell resident was former manager of the Ringside Pub and worked for the Butler Board of Education.

Caldwell resident Frank Lisante passed away on Feb. 28.

The following obituary comes courtesy of the Galante Funeral Home:

“Frank M. Lisante, 54, of Caldwell passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family and friends on February 28, 2016.

“Born in Newark, Frank was a lifelong Caldwell resident. He owned several businesses, including the Boulevard Pub in Hopatcong, and KF Contracting in Caldwell for many years, which he built from the ground up. He was the former manager of the Ringside Pub, and most recently worked for the Butler Board of Education.

“Frank was predeceased by his parents Frank and Dolly (nee Grenci) Lisante; beloved husband of Patty Blum Lisante; loving father of Kathryn A. and her fiance Nathan Madison and Frank W. Lisante; dear brother of Lucy Glycenfer and Lisa Lisante and her husband Mike Prebor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and countless friends.

“Forever a family man, Frank had a huge heart. He always rooted for the underdog, including his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys. Frank also enjoyed his "Steinfeld reruns" which he found "pretty good". Eternally proud of his children, Frank wants all of his loved ones to "Remember no man is a failure who has friends".

“Charitable donations may be made in Frank's memory to the Caldwell University Center for Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis.”
