Choir Camp at The First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell

A musical opportunity for children entering 2nd-6th grade

Join us for a week full of music and dance as we rehearse for a performance of “The Old Testament Fast Forward” - a fun romp through the entire Old Testament…. in 45 minutes! Choir Camp runs from August 20-26, beginning at 9am each day and is open to all children entering grades 2nd through 6th. For a full schedule, please visit www.firstprescaldwell.org/choir-camp-2018.

This amusing 45-minute "attempt" to present the Old Testament begins with a promise to cover the entire history in ten minutes. Needless to say, they don't get all the way through - even after revising their estimate to twenty, then thirty, then forty minutes - but there's plenty of humor and moving moments as the kids encounter the lessons and eternal truths found within the stories of Adam & Eve, Noah, Moses, David and many more. Entertaining moments and meaningful content are thoughtfully balanced.

The cost is $75 per child and includes all supplies, activities and a performance DVD. Registration forms are available at www.firstprescaldwell.org/choir-camp-2018 or in the church office.
