Renowned community appoints experienced healthcare pro

Crane’s Mill, a life plan community in West Caldwell, is pleased to announce that Alexandra Smolarova will be serving as its new Associate Executive Director. Alexandra is responsible for the daily operations of the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Units in the Health Center.

With 18 years of expertise in healthcare, Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles and capacities within the healthcare system, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the daily challenges and opportunities in delivering comprehensive quality care to the residents.

“I am honored and proud to be entrusted with this new role,” shared Alexandra. “I firmly believe healthcare is not just a profession but an opportunity for my team and myself to become a part of someone’s life story. This mindset has shaped my approach to consistently prioritizing patient-centered care and advocating for the well-being of those we serve.”
