Paving All Day Thursday Will Eliminate Parking On These Caldwell Streets

CALDWELL, NJ — A milling and paving project that started last week at Miller Street and Welshman Court will continue this Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The town said that once the paving starts at 7 a.m., residents will have no access to their homes with their vehicles until later in the day.

No parking will be allowed on Miller Street and Welshman Court before and during the construction.

"We kindly ask that you make any arrangements necessary to not interfere with the construction work," police said.

Officers will be posted on each street and available to assist, the town said.

Overnight parking will be allowed on Central Avenue, Park Avenue and Wakefield Place the night before if area residents need to venture out after 7 a.m., the town said.
