Porches And Performers Sought For Caldwell's Annual Porchfest
Caldwell's Porchfest Committee is calling for venues and performers of all genres and ages. They'll announce selections later this month.
CALDWELL, NJ — Caldwell's porches and lawns will once again be alive with the sound of music. Caldwell Porchfest, a free music festival featuring performers of all ages and genres, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 1 to 7 p.m., all around town.
The all-volunteer Caldwell Porchfest committee is currently asking Caldwell residents who would like to host performances, as well as local amateur musicians interested in performing, to sign up at caldwellporchfest.com.
The committee will announce selections by the end of July.

Festival goers will have the chance to hop from porch to porch to catch live local acts, then gather at the Main Stage in the downtown for the headlining act.
Last year, more than 30 bands performed on 10 porches around town, and about 400 friends and neighbors gathered for the finale featuring The Milwaukees.

Caldwell Porchfest is sponsored by Project Main Street as a way to bring the community together and showcase all the town has to offer.
The headliner and location for the Main Stage will be announced later this summer.
Rain date for the 2022 Caldwell Porchfest is Saturday, Sept. 17.
