Shawn R. McClelland Joins Mandelbaum Barrett PC as a Partner

Shawn R. McClelland has joined Mandelbaum Barrett PC as a partner in its Tax Law and Trusts and Estate practice groups. He previously was a partner with Donnelly Minter & Kelly, LLC, in Morristown, NJ.

McClelland focuses his practice on matters related to business services, tax planning, estate planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, as well as special needs planning. He counsels business owners on matters pertaining to entity formation and initial start-up strategies, and the structuring of sales and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements and shareholder agreements, asset transfers and succession planning issues. In addition, McClelland advises individuals on estate and tax planning matters, including tax audits and related issues.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey, he earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
