Millers Will Be Milling On Miller Street in Caldwell: Traffic, Parking Changes Planned

CALDWELL, NJ — Workers will begin a milling and paving project on (appropriately) Miller Street in Caldwell this Thursday, which will impact parking and traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Paving will then continue Tuesday, Aug. 30, said the town, but they will send a message once that date is confirmed.

The exact area will be Miller Street and Welshman Court, the town said.

"Once the milling starts at 7 a.m., residents will have restricted access to their homes with their vehicles," said the town. "We kindly ask that you make any arrangements necessary to not interfere with the construction work. Officers will be available to assist as needed.

"No parking will be allowed on Welshman Court and Miller Street during the construction.

"Overnight parking will be allowed on all side streets surrounding the aforementioned roadways if you need to venture out after 7 a.m. (i.e. Wakefield Place, Central Avenue and Park Avenue)."
