CALDWELL, NJ — Caldwell safety officials asked drivers and residents to avoid a local road on Monday after utility lines came down in the street.

“Please avoid Roseland Avenue between Westville Avenue and Oakgrove Road due to utility lines down in the roadway,” the Caldwell Police Department stated.
