CALDWELLS, NJ — An officer with the West Caldwell Police Department recently earned an award for leading the agency in DWI enforcement last year.

According to the West Caldwell Police Department:

“A huge congratulations to West Caldwell Police Department, Patrolman Anthony Marta, for receiving the Recognition of Excellence Award this morning by MADD for leading our agency in DWI enforcement in 2022. The efforts by our officers to detect, deter, and enforce the laws against driving under the influence go a long way to making it a bit safer for each and every member of our law-abiding community to travel about.
