WEST CALDWELL, NJ — One of your neighbors in the Caldwells may be a little richer today than last week.

According to the NJ Lottery, there were two third-tier prizewinning tickets sold for the Friday, March 24, drawing for Mega Millions, meaning two people matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball.

Each of those lottery players initially won a $10,000 prize.

But one of them purchased the Megaplier option, multiplying that prize to $30,000.

The $30,000 prizewinning ticket was sold in Williamstown, in Gloucester County.

The other ticket, worth $10,000, was sold in West Caldwell, at the Stop & Shop at 875 Bloomfield Ave.

In addition to the third-tier prizes won, 19 players matched four of the five white balls drawn, winning them $500. Three of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $1,500.

And 40,294 other New Jersey players took home $180,658 in prizes ranging from $2 to $600.

The winning numbers for the Friday, March 24, drawing were: 14, 17, 33, 42, and 66. The Gold Mega Ball was 15, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.

Big Jackpot Up To $122M

Meanwhile, the jackpot for Powerball has increased past $100 million.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, March 25, drawing were: 15, 17, 18, 47 and 57. New Jersey players took home an estimated $112,149 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.

The Powerball jackpot now rolls to $122,000,000 for the next drawing, scheduled for Monday, March 27, at 10:59 p.m.
