CHATHAM, NJ — The Corpus Christi Parish Carnival has returned to Chatham this weekend.

The carnival is open to the public from Thursday, June 1 to Saturday, June 3. On Saturday, the carnival will be open from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Aside from the numerous rides that organizers claim will appeal to children and adults of all ages, there are plenty of game offerings where visitors can try their luck at winning a variety of prizes.

This year, there is an expanded play area for young children, as well as a Tricky Tray basket raffle.

Prepare to stand in line for fan-favorite funnel cakes, popcorn, cotton candy, and other carnival fare that will satisfy everyone's palettes.

Tickets purchased at the carnival are only valid for carnival rides; carnival games must be paid for in cash.

The yearly event is held at the back parking lot of Corpus Christi Church located at 234 Southern Boulevard in Chatham Township.
