CHATHAM, NJ — The Madison Chatham Coalition is looking for local parents’ insights for an anonymous survey on underage drug and alcohol use.

The community prevention organization's brief, voluntary, seven-question survey, is estimated to take under five minutes from start to finish.

The survey, which can be accessed by the QR code below, helps the coalition to "gather information about adult attitudes toward youth drug and alcohol use:"
