Construction Project On Shunpike Road Will Affect Chatham, Madison
Officials estimate that the pre-construction for the project will take three to four weeks to complete.
CHATHAM, NJ — Today marks the official start of the anticipated three to four weeks of planned pre-construction on Shunpike Road, which passes through both Chatham and Madison.
The bulk of the construction will be completed on Shunpike Road through Watchung Avenue in Chatham Borough, officials said.
After the pre-construction is complete, the roadway will undergo milling and paving, which will result in road closures and detours.
