“For the Late Fall Session, check out the Y-Winner intramural basketball league designed to teach young players grades 1-5 fundamentals in practices to prepare them for game play. The Y’s Sports coaches believe strongly about having our athletes build skills on and off the court,” said Sports Director Shaun Hawkins. “It is so important to learn how to work together, ultimately becoming good teammates while playing sports. Our Y-Winners Basketball program helps every child to develop those important skills while helping them develop new basketball skills in a fun environment. If everyone learns those values, then the entire community wins.”

Don’t wait to register as classes may fill up quickly. The Y offers a wide range of programs to help children reach their goals. Visit https://www.madisonareaymca.org/programs-and-schedules/2022 for more information.
