The Enclave at Chatham is expected to have carriage-style townhome units up to 3,540 square feet, a representative said.

CHATHAM, NJ — A new neighborhood with scenic views of the valley — while close to many major roadways — is expected to built soon in Chatham Township, according to a Toll Brothers spokesperson.

Toll Brothers’ Enclave at Chatham development, planned for construction at 351 Hillside Avenue, is planning to have 50 carriage-style townhomes, ranging between 2,887 and 3,540 square feet, Alexis Dorr — a spokesperson for the company — told Patch in an email statement.

The decorated model home is being constructed and is expected to open for tours by late spring or early summer, said Dorr. People interested in more information about the community may call the sales center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for more information at 973-542-7900, Dorr added.

“Home buyers can choose from four open-concept floor plans with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths,” Dorr said. “The brand-new, luxury home designs offer spacious kitchens, home offices and first-floor primary suites.”

Gourmet kitchens with granite or quartz counters, 42-inch cabinets, hardwood flooring, Kohler plumbing fixtures and appliances by Whirlpool and Jenn-Air, are among the amenities Toll Brothers communities typically offer, a news release about the development said.

An onsite clubhouse is planned to offer spaces for events, with outdoor walking paths within the community, according to the company.

Enclave at Chatham is one of two new New Jersey Toll Brothers communities planned, the second — Middletown Walk — in Monmouth County.

“We’ve experienced unprecedented interest in both Middletown Walk and Enclave at Chatham, and we are excited to add these new home communities to our offerings across the state,” stated Craig Cherry — Toll Brothers’ division president — in the news release. “With floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options through our Design Studio experience, we continue to offer our residents the best in luxury living in the most desirable New Jersey neighborhoods.”
