New Date Announced For Winter Wonderland Event In Chatham

CHATHAM, NJ — Although the cold weather and snow is a welcome addition to the holiday season, it has resulted in the postponement of the 2022 Chatham Winter Wonderland.

The Chatham Borough Police Department, announced the new date on Sunday after a snow and rain forecast caused the cancellation of the beloved event.

Families can now come together on Dec. 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Coleman Avenue and Burgess Street, in Chatham Borough.

Attendance is $10 per individual wristband or $45 for a family pack of up to 5 people. All proceeds will be used to fund teacher and administrator grants for the six Chatham public schools.

The family-friendly event will feature holiday lights, music, crafts, a visit with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Frosty, food for purchase and much more.
