CHATHAM, NJ — A water main break has closed a portion of Southern Boulevard in Chatham Friday morning.

The roadway will remain closed between Hickory Place and Noe Avenue for the remainder of the day, according to Chatham police.

Drivers are asked to plan an alternate route.
