CINNAMINSON, NJ — Homes in Cinnaminson are significantly more affordable than the state's as a whole but rank toward the middle in Burlington County.

Last week, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) published its latest tax tables, which are based on 2022 data. The data includes the average residential-property value in each municipality, county and the state as a whole.

The average New Jersey home is valued at $351,702, according to state data. In Cinnaminson, homes average a value of $234,946.

Statewide, Cinnaminson's home values rank 367th-highest out of 564 cities and towns. In Burlington County, the township ranks 19th out of 40 municipalities.

The average residential property in Burlington County is valued at $240,040 — slightly higher than Cinnaminson's mark.

Burlington County's most-valuable homes are in Moorestown, where the township averages $459,396 on each property. Beverly had the lowest average, at $126,599.
