East Brunswick Will Host Special Needs Registry Event June 22

The service is open to any individual with special needs who resides, works, or attends school in Middlesex County.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The East Brunswick Police Department will be hosting a Special Needs Registry event on June 22, at the Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road.

The event is being held in collaboration with the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, and will be held for the Middlesex County Special Needs Registry.

The registry aims to help law enforcement and first responders better assist special needs residents in an emergency situation or a police encounter and provide crucial information regarding a registrant.

Officers will be available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to answer questions and assist with registration.
