Local Mystery Author Panel at East Brunswick Public Library

The free program is free and open to the public. The event will also be live-streamed on YouTube.

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Civic Center Drive) teams up with local author group Sisters in Crime (Central Jersey) for the program “The Many Faces of Mystery” at the library on Wednesday, June 7, at 7 pm.

The program features a panel of local authors, including Robyn Gigl, Delia Pitts, Roberta Rogow and Eileen Watkins. They will discuss the appeal of mystery subgenres such as legal procedurals, private eye puzzlers, historicals, science fiction whodunits and “cozies.”

Sisters in Crime is a nationwide group of women crime writers who work to combat discrimination against women in the mystery field, educate publishers and the general public as to the inequities in the treatment of female authors, raise the level of awareness of their contribution to the field, and promote the professional advancement of women who write mysteries.
