Fair Lawn EDC Honored at 2022 NJBIZ Business of the Year Awards

On December 13, 2022, the Fair Lawn Economic Development was recognized at NJBIZ Magazine's 2022 Business of the Year Awards. The Fair Lawn Economic Development Corporation was chosen as a honoree in the Non-Profit Business of the Year (1-100 employees) category of the awards program. All honorees represent a select group of companies that have achieved notable success and demonstrated strong leadership within their industries and their communities, along with a commitment to professional excellence.

"It is easy to lose track of all of the work that we have done as an organization over the past year or so" explained Fair Lawn Main Street Executive Director Ryan Greff. "A successful first round of a facade improvement program, creating the Fair Lawn Marketplace, the Summer Small Business Scavenger Hunt, Small Business Saturday, resource workshops, securing the MSNJ grant, and getting Fair Lawn designated as a Main Street NJ town (which entitled Fair Lawn businesses to apply for additional grant money) reflect some of the significant outcomes that the Fair Lawn Economic Development Corporation has achieved."

The Fair Lawn Economic Development Corporation is a public/private partnership bringing together Fair Lawn’s commercial property owners, business operators, residents and organized business districts. The purpose of the local economic development corporation to advocate, facilitate and coordinate the strengthening of Fair Lawn’s economic and commercial vitality. Fair Lawn's Main Street NJ Program is housed within the Fair Lawn Economic Development Corporation.
