Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County Hosts '5K Race to Build' April 11

Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County (Habitat Bergen) will host their Third Annual 5K Race to Build at its new location, Overpeck County Park, on Saturday, April 11.

Following the 5K race, Blue Sky Amusements will be hosting a family carnival - proceeds of which will benefit Habitat Bergen‘s mission of providing affordable housing in Bergen County. The event will also feature a pre-race warm up dance by dancers from The ViiBE Dance Center and a pre-race warm up by fitness instructors from THE GYM of Englewood.

The advanced registration fee is $20, or participants can pay $25 on the day of the race. All runners that register in advance will receive a t-shirt. Race registration will begin at 8 a.m. and race will start at 9 a.m.
