FAIRVIEW, NJ — A man with a tattoo that says "F*** The Police" on his scalp was caught with a folding knife hanging from a lanyard around his neck and a fixed-blade knife attached to his waist, according to police officials.

David Weber was found clutching one of the knifes in his hand while peering into the windows of Anderson Avenue businesses, and a subsequent search of his bag revealed he was also in possession of numerous prescription legend drugs and packaging materials, Fairview police said.

Weber, of Cliffside Park, was seen Thursday on Anderson Avenue, and told police he was carrying the knives because it was "late at night." He said he was there to see what time the businesses open, so that he could get something to eat, police Capt. Michael Martic said.
