For more than three decades, Eastern Realty, under the leadership of Founder, Owner and Managing Broker Bowen Pak, has been a cornerstone of the Fort Lee real estate landscape. After holding several other leadership positions in the real estate industry, Mr. Pak founded Eastern Realty in 1987. He has served as Director, Treasurer, and President of Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors (EBCBOR) for 2 consecutive terms. During this time, he also served as a Director on the Board of the National Association of Realtors. While serving as the President of EBCBOR, Mr. Pak created new initiatives such as the Realtor CARE Foundation and the Realtor Real Estate School. He also merged three neighboring real estate trade associations to become what is known today as the Greater Bergen Realtors. In 2020, Mr. Pak was awarded as the Greater Bergen Realtor of the Year.
