Farmer's Market: Gloucester Township Monday Manual

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Welcome to the Aug. 1 edition of Monday Manual, where we take a look at some of the events going on in and around Gloucester Township.

On Monday, Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. at Veterans Park on Chews Landing Road in Gloucester Township, the township's and Mainstage Center for the Arts' Sounds of the Summer free concerts end with a show from country music group Sherry Lynn and the Bar None Band. Bring something to sit on.

On Thursday, Aug. 4 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Harwan Park on the Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township, the township will hold its weekly Farmer's Market. Besides a chance to support some local farmers, the event often features live entertainment that all ages will enjoy.

On Friday, Aug. 5 at 9 p.m., Harper's Pub on Gibbsboro Road in Clementon hosts a performance titled "Harper Does Drag." The event, scheduled to be hosted by Demi Gawdness this month, features dancing divas, comedy queens, alternative performers and more.

And on Monday, Aug. 15, at the Trump National Golf Club in Gloucester Township, the Gloucester Township and Pine Hill Rotary Club will hold their annual golf tournament. The event raises money for the Gloucester Township Rotary Foundation. Learn more by visiting this website.
