Sicklerville Homes Among Fastest-Selling In NJ: Report

SICKLERVILLE, NJ — Although New Jersey's real-estate market has slowed down, buyers have quickly picked up Sicklerville properties. Homes sold in Sicklerville last February were on the market for only four weeks, according to recent Redfin data.

Forty-three Sicklerville homes were sold in February at a median price of $295,000. The median of 28 days was the 38th-shortest length on the market for homes sold in all New Jersey cities and towns that month, according to Redfin data that Suburbs 101 compiled.

Higher mortgage rates and economic uncertainties have slowed New Jersey's real-estate market overall. The average Garden State home sold in February spent 61 days on the market — 11 days more than in February 2022.

Only 42 New Jersey cities and towns registered home sales for an average of 31 days or fewer, according to Suburbs 101. The quickest-selling homes were in Lavallette and Moorestown-Lenola, where properties sold in 12 days on average.
