Standout Students In Gloucester Twp. Recognized For Achievements

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Many students from Gloucester Township were recognized for their achievements in recent weeks.

Many of the organizations that noted the students' achievements consisted of experts, advisers and similar professionals in the areas the students were recognized.

In February, the following Triton High School Students were awarded Global Navigator Scholarships to study in a foreign country:

• Riley Daisey, who will be traveling to Paris
• Daejah Purnell, who will be traveling to Madrid
• Kollisa Pimentel, who will be traveling to Toulouse, France

In May, Our Community Salutes honored the following students who will be entering the military immediately upon high school graduation:

• Ryan Aitken, Highland Regional High School (U.S. Marine Corps)
• Daniel Greco, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (U.S. Marine Corps)
• Stephen Hunt, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (U.S. Army)
• Brenden Mitchell, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (U.S. Navy)
• Isabelle Mayers, Triton High School (New Jersey Army National Guard)
• Nicholas Moyer, Triton High School (U.S. Army)
• Cristina Perez, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (New Jersey Army National Guard)
• Liscio Ragin, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (U.S. Air Force)
• Andrew Velasquez-Garcia, Camden Co. Technical Schools, Gloucester Twp. Campus (U.S. Army)
