Unknown Shooter Hospitalizes Man, Flees Scene In Camden Co.: Police

CLEMENTON, NJ — An unknown suspect shot a man and fled the scene Friday night in Clementon, authorities said. Police are investigating the incident that they say hospitalized the victim.

The victim, 20, was shot just before 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Princeton and Elm avenues, police said. He was driven to the hospital in a personal vehicle and was in stable condition as of Saturday, according to law enforcement.

The suspect's vehicle traveled northbound on Elm Ave toward Blackwood Road, police said. A description of the vehicle remains unavailable.
