The New Jersey Division of Taxation released data on the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in New Jersey in 2015.

Haddonfield was at the top of the list of towns in Camden County, with the average home going for a price of $503,228. The second highest average was in Voorhees, where homes went for an average of $277,281.
