Law Firm Increases Its Space at Heights Plaza

A boutique law firm has recently signed a long term lease and expanded its occupancy at the Terrace Avenue office building known as Heights Plaza which is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Bertone Piccini, LLP, a boutique law firm, was previously subleasing space at the building and will now lease a total of 11,850 square feet, increasing its space by 5,900 square feet.

Heights Plaza is a quality office building in a highly visible location at the intersection of Routes 17 and 80,” said Frank C. Pratt, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing and marketing, in a statement announcing the leasing transaction.

“Stable property ownership and management, along with recent property upgrades – including new elevators and new rooftop HVAC units – were among the added advantages to this tenant," he continued.

According to the firm's managing partner Grace C. Bertone the expanded office space "has created a flexible and more professional environment conducive to providing first-rate legal services to our clients and also gives us some room for growth."
