Milling and Paving Pavement Preservation Program

"We got approval for what is a new technology to Hillsborough for micro and chip seal to preserve approximately 3.5 miles of roads to extend their life so we don't have to do milling or paving in 5 to 7 years at least," said Ciccarelli.
